Daniel 3:27 For thou art just in all that thou hast done to us, and all thy works are true, and thy ways right, and all thy judgments true.

But they had done so already, (ver. 26) and make this confession, (Haydock) as Daniel does, Daniel 9.; reflecting, that if the nation had not transgressed, they would not thus have been exposed to the fury of the king.
